With over 20 years of experience matching great talent with awesome employers, Jill decided to strike out on her own in 2019 and formed Let's Build Talent, a recruiting firm dedicated to working with small businesses. She quickly realized that not all entrepreneurs need full-time hires - sometimes a virtual assistant (VA) makes economical sense in the short and long-term.
